Establishing the connection

The VideoJet 8008 must be assigned a valid IP address to operate on your

network.

The following default address has been pre-set at the factory: 192.168.0.1

– Start the web browser.

– Enter the IP address of the VideoJet 8008 as the URL. The connection will be

established and, after a short time, the LIVEPAGE with the video image will

appear.

The LIVEPAGE

After the connection is established, the LIVEPAGE is initially displayed. It shows

the live video image on the right of the browser window. Depending on the

configuration, various text overlays may be visible on the live video image (see

Display stamping, page 63).
