Bosch 32 & Bosch 32Q

Flueing conﬁgurations

The Bosch 32 and 32Q water heaters are ﬂued by the

ﬂue kits available. The vertical and horizontal ﬂue kits

contain components required for most applications.

The maximum acceptable ﬂue length is 13m. For every

90 degree elbow 2m should be subtracted from this

length. All internal gas water heaters must be ﬂued and

installed with adequate ventilation in accordance with

AS/NZS5601.

Vertical Flue Kit

The vertical ﬂue kit contains the following components

3 100mm gas cowl

3 1.5m x 100mm diameter gas ﬂex (3 piece)

3 Flue pipe adaptor (3 pieces)

3 Support struts (2 pieces)

3 3m x 6mm condensation hose

Horizontal Flue Kit

The horizontal ﬂue kit contains the following components

3 100mm diameter ﬂexible ﬂue, 5m long

3 Flue sleeve

3 Adjustable wall penetration sleeve (2 pieces)

3 Clamp

The following considerations should be made when

planning the installation

3 Vertical sections of ﬂue must be as short as possible

3 Ensure the joins are gas tight and will not leak. Use

heat resistant silicon sealant wherever necessary.

3 Use a maximum of 1m straight pipe before the ﬁrst

elbow
