To use, follow the instructions in the section

entitled “Operating the appliance”!

Chipper disc

for slicing raw potatoes.

 Place potatoes in the filling shaft.

 Turn switch to 3.

 Add more potatoes with the pusher.

Julienne disc

for slicing vegetables, potatoes, carrots,

celery or hard fruit in long, thin strips.

 Place ingredients in the filling shaft.

 Turn switch to 4.

 Add more ingredients with the pusher.
