Residual heat cooking

Towards the end of an automatic cooking

program, the oven switches off and

completes the cooking process without

the assistance of any heating elements.

This feature reduces power consumption

to save energy.

XL oven cavity

Selected Bosch single ovens

have an interior capacity of

67 litres (net), making them capable

of roasting even the largest cuts of meat.

Information key

At any stage, you can monitor cooking

information e.g. current temperature,

program settings, etc, by pressing

the ‘i’ key. (Available on HBG76S650A).

Memory function

Store your favourite recipe

instructions e.g. heating mode

+ temperature + cooking duration. Then

simply press the memory button to

repeat the sequence at any time.

Oven clock programming

The electronic clock displays time of day

and also acts as a countdown timer with

an audible beep to indicate the end of the

timer function. Simply select the end time

(when you arrive home, e.g. 6.30 pm), the

length of cooking, along with the cooking

function and temperature, and the oven

will do the rest.

Full glass inner door

The full glass inner door has no

joints or screws – a common area

that can accumulate grease. For added

convenience, the doors can be easily

removed for cleaning.

Precise temperature control

Electronic thermostats continuously

monitor the ovens cavity temperature to

maintain temperature consistency during

the cooking process. This helps prevent

fluctuations in temperature to provide

uniform cooking results – especially

when cooking on multiple levels.

Telescopic racking system

The sliding shelf mechanism

provides direct access to the

oven trays, without having to lift them

off the shelf. The racking system can

be fitted to all current Bosch single

and double ovens (bottom oven only)

and is ideal when basting or adding

ingredients during the cooking process.

Suggested cooking temperatures

For those ovens with an LED temperature

display, a recommended temperature

will be suggested, depending on the

program selected.

Rapid heating

Most Bosch ovens feature

an automatic rapid heating

function. On Top and Bottom heating,

200°C can be reached in approximately

six minutes, and 175°C on 3D HotAir Plus

heating can be reached in approximately

five minutes.

SoftClose technology

Thanks to a special damping

mechanism, the oven door now

closes softly and silently. This protects

both the oven and oven door in the

long term.
