83038 Deluxe Door and Jamb Hinge Templet Kit

• For metal or wood stops. Also for remodeling -

New door in old mortised jamb

• Transfers directly from jamb to door

(or vice-versa) with hinges on either side

of door - No turning templet end over end

• No straight edges, measuring tools,

or calculations required

• Works with or without the stops installed

• Includes the deluxe hinge template, metal case,

one regular and one 3 601 321 516 extra long top

gauge assembly and 85159 bit

• Templet guide required

• Use the competitive brand templet guide which matches the dimensions of

the Bosch Templet Guide No. RA1113 as listed on page 114

83039 4-Hinge Conversion Kit

• Used when mortising for four hinges

on 7'-9' doors. Includes three link

rails for 7'-8' doors, three link

rails for 8'-9' doors and one

extra frame section

• Fits 83038 and 83003 kits

Jamb Gauge Blocks

• Must be used when transferring hinge location from metal jambs to wood

doors. Used with 83038 Deluxe Hinge Templet. Order three of a size for

3-hinge doors and four of a size for 4-hinge doors.

• Use when mortising where a square corner

is required: lock faces, hinges, etc

• Die-cast aluminum body with hardened
