Flat-Top Chain

The flat-top chain conveys the

workpiece pallet from station to

station.

The TSplus ﬂat-top chain (Fig. 9) is a

wear-resistant, side-ﬂexing #40 chain

which has a low-friction, plastic-

capped conveying surface. The lack

of signiﬁcant friction allows pallets

to be stopped anywhere along the

conveyor for processing or assembling

operations while the conveyor chain

continues to move.

NOTE: Fit foundation brackets to the equipment only after the conveyor equipment has been completely leveled and aligned.

Both steel and die-cast aluminum foundation brackets are available.

Foundation Bracket/

Foundation Anchor Kit

The leg sets are secured to the ﬂoor

with the foundation bracket kit and

the anchor bolt (Fig. 10). The founda-

tion bracket (1) is fastened to the leg

set with two T-bolt mounting kits. The

foundation bracket itself is fastened

to the ﬂoor with the foundation an-

chor (3), which is suitable for stone

and concrete ﬂoors.

NOTE: To cut down on the time required for master link installation, the chain is delivered in 12-meter rolls, with any amount 6 meters or

less delivered as a 6-meter roll. If, for example, your system requires 39 meters of chain, you will receive three 12-meter rolls of chain

and one 6-meter roll. Each package also includes one (1) carbon steel master link and one (1) white wear-resistant cap to be used as

a master link marker.
