Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Remedy
Display screen
E2, E5, E6 or E7
The appliance has overheated. Disconnect the appliance from the
power supply and allow to cool down.
Restart the appliance once it has cooled
down.
Short-circuit in the appliance. Disconnect the appliance from the
power supply and contact customer
service.
Display screen
E3
Mains voltage too high. Contact electricity provider or grid
operator. Have the power supply
checked by an expert.
Display screen
E4
Mains voltage too low.
Display screen
E8
Communication failure. Restart the appliance once it has cooled
down.
