D. Initialization

1) Application

The Ignition Waveform function of DS2020

may be used on

conventional vehicles with Distributor type ignition for 1~6 cylinder(s) a

nd on

DLI/DIS (Distributorless or Non-distributor ignition) type vehicles.

2) Start-up

After properly connecting the probe, clamp and other cables, turn on

DS2020 and begin the Ignition Waveform function by pressing the [5]

button. Cable connections are explained in detail in the next section.
