Installation

Perform the following steps to install the B450.

Notice!

Remove all power (AC and Battery) before making any connections. Failure to do so may

result in personal injury and/or equipment damage.

Setting the bus address

The B450 Conettix Plug-in Communicator Interface address switch provides the value for the

module's address. The figure below shows the address switch setting for address 1. Refer to

the table below for panel-specific settings.

option, but SDI bus configuration is also supported.

Insert the B44x communication module (required and available

separately)

Insert the desired B44x communication module into the slot of the B450 until you feel the

module “click” into place.
