Overview of the telephone functions

Correct entered digits e. g.for call diversion. You can delete the individual

characters or delete a whole input field.

The Correction key has been assigned to a Display key as standard. This

can be changed at any time.

This key can also be used when the allocation is not shown in the display.

Allows you to pick up calls from the line shown in the display. Enter the re-

spective number and press ”Pick up”.

If ”Direct dial” has been activated, you will need to press this key before

entering the first digit.

If you wish to speak to a subscriber whose line is busy before he has

ended his conversation, you can cut in on his call. You must be authorised

to use this function in the system.

Adjust the handset and – if activated – the loudspeaker volume during a

call.

When your phone is in the idle position, this key will take you to the ”Audio/

Contrast settings” menu.

This function has been assigned to a Display key as standard. This can be

changed at any time.

This key allows you to set up the selected partner diversion (press key

once) or to delete it ( press key twice) in the idle menu.

You can switch a door device on or off by simply pressing a key. This func-

tion can only be used when it is enabled and a door device is connected to

your telephone.
