Metering the call charges for private calls and projects -

So you want to dial a c all number with a project or private PIN.

Enter the external line code that has been assigned for dialing with a

project or private code in your telephone system e.g. ”1”. This external line c ode can

contain between 1 and 5 digits.

Enter the code that has been assigned for private use or the respect-

ive project, for example ”3433”. This code can c ontain between 1 and 9 digits.

Enter the desired call number.

Lift the handset. The charges for this call will then be metered and billed in the

system for the respective project or private code.

• For s ecurity reasons the c ode is not shown in the display or when the redial

function is being used. The PIN cannot be stored in the telephone book. If y ou

want to dial a call number from the call list with a project code, you will need to

enter the external line code and the project code in the display of the c all list

manually.
