If something is not working

A function is not executed

This function may need to be enabled by the TENOVIS Service first.

The telephone cancels prematurely when programming

It is possible that no key has been pressed in the last 60 seconds. This will termin-

ate every programming procedure.

The programming procedure is also c ancelled when accepting a call.

A call number that is entered into the telephone book has a $ in the first posi-

tion.

You accepted a c all while entering a call number. The entry is saved with a $ in the

first position. Edit the entry and replace the $ with the correct letters.

A stored appointment was not set off

Check if the appointment is set to ”on”.

Check whether the signal tone is switched off (in the ”Silence” menu).

Check whether the date and time in the idle display are correct.

A call diversion is not executed

Check whether the call diversion is activated.

A call number that has been dialed with code dialing, cannot be extended

The subsequent dialing function is possibly locked.

A call is shown in the display but the phone does not ring.

Check whether the ringing tone is switched off (in the ”Silence” menu).
