Ringing and handset tones

Tones for internal and external calls

Normal ringing tone for external calls:

This tone can be switched off

(→ Page 92).

Alerting tone:

Additional call during a connection, partner

beep.

Executive call:

VIP function. This tone can be switched off

(→ Page 92).

Call when ”Handsfree answer back”: An-

nouncement (also with acknowledgement),

Message if busy: special tone.

Tones in the handset

Tones during a cut--in connection.

Signal tone:

When call monitoring is switched on, Han-

dsfree mode and dialing while the handset

is on--hook. The other party can also hear

this tone.

Appointment signal:

This tone can be switched off

(→ Page 92).
