Menu items on the display

You can have calls to another line indicated on your telephone, as well as

change the line display.

You can have the first 16 lines shown in the display so that you can move

them.

You can have lines 17 to 32 shown in the display so that you can move

them.

This function allows you to view the call for those lines that are not as-

signed directly to you or your colleagues.

You can place all lines on the DSS module.

You can have the first 16 lines shown in the display again. Lines 17 through

32 are not available.

Lock the line assigned to you.

You can protect your telephone against unauthorised use. You can also

determine which function should be available after locking the phone (the

various locking levels need to be enabled by the TENOVIS Service.

Locking the telephone.

If this function is enabled in your system you can use your direct inward

dialing number and PIN to log on to any telephone in the system.

Adjusting the loudspeaker volume.

• Functions which are labeled with - are not installed as standard on your phone.
